Global Optima Automotive Inc. is an automotive engineering service provider located in Anting Shanghai with company headquarter in Detroit USA. By partnering with US company ROUSH, we have been working with China OEMs by providing engineering service with our cutting-edge technology in vehicle integration, packaging, chassis engineering, NVH, and dynamics etc.

优华劳斯汽车系统（上海）有限公司是一家提供汽车工程服务的公司，位于上海安亭，总部位于美国底特律。在美国Roush公司的紧密合作下，我们利用尖端科技，为国内众多大型OEM提供各类工程服务，包括整车集成、总布置、底盘工程、NVH，动态等。

Starting from last year, we have been working on introducing ROUSH Mustang to China market. ROUSH PERFORMANCE is well-known in USA for its racing team and high quality performance products. ROUSH Mustang is an extension of Ford Mustang by providing Stage 1-3 vehicles through upgrading vehicle appearance and performance.

从去年开始，我公司开始逐步引进Roush野马到中国市场。ROUSH PERFORMANCE这个品牌在美国广为人知，主要是因为它的赛车队和高质量的性能产品。Roush野马是福特野马的衍生产品，提升其车辆外观和性能，共有1-3三个阶段的产品。

Our plan includes: 1) to import Roush Mustang to China market; 2) to import modification parts for models such as Mustang, F150, Camaro, and Jeep etc; 3) to provide modification service to China customers.

我们的计划包括：1) 进口Roush野马到中国市场；2）进口野马、F150、科迈罗、吉普等车型的改装零件；3）为中国客户提供改装服务。

Job Description: 职位描述

1. Under supervision of top management of Global optima, you will be wholly responsible for this division, including daily operation and P & L.

在优华劳斯最高管理层的监督下，全面负责该事业部，包括日常运营和损益。

2. To develop rolling strategy and carry-out steps.

开发滚动策略和执行步骤。

3. To develop business plan and annual budget.

制定业务计划和年度预算。

4. To build a strong team by recruiting talents and providing training.

通过招聘人才和提供培训来建立团队

5. To effectively communicate with ROUSH team on a daily base.

保持与Roush团队的有效日常沟通交流。

6. To streamline process of importing ROUSH Mustang and ROUSH PERFORMANCE parts.

制定进口Roush野马和Roush性能件的程序。

7. To build an effective dealer network for sales of both ROUSH Mustang and ROUSH PERFORMANCE parts.

建立有效的经销商网络，销售Roush野马和Roush性能件。

8. To build an effective ordering and inventory control system with seamless interface with ROUSH products ordering system.

建立有效的订货和库存管理系统，与Roush产品订货系统无缝对接。

9. To build quality assurance system for production.

建立生产的质量保证系统。

10. To closely work with ROUSH for marketing and brand promotion.

在市场和品牌推广方面与Roush紧密合作。

11. To coordinate with government authorities on regulation related affairs.

在法规相关的事务方面与政府协调。

Must-have requirements: 必备条件：

1. Bachelor or above degree;

学士及以上学历

2. Good command of English, able to use English as working language;

熟练掌握英语，使用英语为工作语言

3. Rich experience in either automobile sales channel building or vehicle modification business.

在汽车销售渠道建立方面或汽车改装业务方面有丰富的经验
